Chiringuito El Kabron serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine and a great selection of signature cocktails.
During the day they offer hot and cold tapas like Croquetas
with Iberico ham or seafood, Grilled Homemade Catalan Sausages, Tortilla
de Patatas and imported Spanish meats and cheeses.
The traditional Spanish tapas include among others, ‘las
anchoas’ Mediterranean anchovies and sweet onion, ‘las bravas del
kabron’ or Spanish fries with mayonnaise and spicy sauce, ‘pulpo a la
gallega’ sliced octopus with smoked paprika and olive oil drizzled
potatoes, and the ‘gambas al ajillo’ prawns cooked in spicy and garlic
flavoured olive oil sauce.
