Singaraja offer hundreds number of Siobak restaurant but Siobak at Siobak Khe Lok is the original one. Siobak is Singaraja’s original dish.
The basic ingredients of siobak are pork (pork layer, scalp, pig offal and pork skin crackers) covered with seasonings that contain pork broth, soy sauce, typical seasonings of China that is Ngo Hyang, tauco seasoning and starch. Do not forget to add the vinegar into the sauce to make the sweet, sour and salty taste stronger and tastier. The smell of Chinese typical sauce which was thick, hot, and addictive.
